As a trusted partner with employers, we have successfully satisfied the recruiting needs of companies including The Home Depot, H-E-B Grocery Company, Holiday Inn and UPS.

About the Owner

Norma Davila is President and Owner of Education Source. A thirty-five year veteran of educational and vocational consulting, she has implemented and managed successful pre-collegiate programs for private non-profit agencies and educational institutions including the Hispanic Student Success Program (Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities), the Health Careers Opportunity Program (Center for Health Policy Development), “Family Relations in Three Generations of Chicanos” (U.T. Health Science Center at San Antonio), The Frank M. Tejeda College Prep Academy and the Mexican American Unity Council Youth Project. She is an active consultant to The College Board and The American College Testing Service. Ms. Davila holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and a Master of Public Health Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She is a certified Workforce Development Professional and served as Chair of Professional Development for Texas Workforce Advocates. She is an active board member for Each One Teach One Adult and Family Literacy Program of San Antonio.
